Méthode Vivante is our way of bringing old-world winemaking wisdom into a new, modern moderation world. We ferment slowly, the exact same way as Prosecco, except instead of a grape base we use a Jun culture, real botanicals and natural ingredients — no shortcuts, no noise. The result is a crisp, natural tasting, sparkling brut with layered flavour and effortless elegance.
